Note by the Secretary-General
The Secretary-General has the honour to transmit to the members of the
General Assembly and the members of the Security Council and to the
International Conference on the Former Yugoslavia the final periodic report
prepared by Mr. Tadeusz Mazowiecki, Special Rapporteur of the Commission on
Human Rights, on the situation of human rights in the territory of the
former Yugoslavia, in accordance with paragraph 42 of Commission on Human
Rights resolution 1995/89 of 8 March 1995.
