             ADOPTION DU RAPPORT DE LA COMMISSION A` SA QUARANTE
                             ET UNIE`ME SESSION

1.   A` la 16e se'ance de la Commission, le 21 mars 1997, le Rapporteur a
pre'sente' le rapport de la Commission a` sa quarante et unie`me session
(E/CN.6/1997/L.2 et Add.1 a` 4) et a apporte' oralement les corrections
ne'cessaires.

2.   A` la me^me se'ance, la Commission a adopte' le projet de rapport avec
les corrections orales et a charge' le Rapporteur de le terminer.
