The Poetry for Peace contest was held from 15 September until 14 October 2011. The winners were anounced at a ceremony at UN headquarters in New York.

A bunch of bodies lying around Their staring up from the ground I see they're burned from head to toe What were they doing because I don't know? I know this was a tragic event This will take a lifetime for it to be forgotten The pictures are very sickening Will the U.S be forgiven?
