The Poetry for Peace contest was held from 15 September until 14 October 2011. The winners were anounced at a ceremony at UN headquarters in New York.

I Wouldn't be Crying Only of the world had peace I would still be with my loved ones And not bursting into tears But I have to forget about everything That happened that day and, All the memories that I had, With the people I loved And it erase of my mind and I wouldn't be crying anymore I wouldn't be crying If only I wouldn't have lost everything that I had or owned I wouldn't be crying if, I still had the strength, And continue on with my life If only that day wouldn't had happen I wouldn't be crying!
