Below is one of the contest entries.
Enough! Ça suffit! ¡Basta ya! Let's eliminate indifference to human suffering Let's eliminate prejudices toward another country, race Let's eliminate poverty Let's eliminate intolerance Let's eliminate resentments, hatred Let's eliminate all the nonsense and get back to our senses Let's get very real now about peace Let's start with inner peace Let's start with our neighbors Let's start with our colleagues and then let's move to our enemies Let's get into our souls and change ourselves There is no waiting. There is no tomorrow. Let's show true compassion to the newcomer Let's get very real now about peace Peace means letting everybody to have a voice Peace means tolerance Peace means compassion Peace means eliminating our own emotional baggage Peace means caring for our fellow human beings Peace means respecting diversity Let's get very real now about peace Love cannot be forced Peace cannot be imposed There is a loud cry for acceptance, for being treated with dignity and respect, for a sense of belonging to a community, an organization, a nation Let's not pretend we are deaf Let's hear and listen to the loud cry Let's be part of the peace process Let's start today. What about yesterday? Enough! Ça suffit! ¡Basta ya!
