Registration for the APLC Meetings of the States Parties

When the Meeting of States parties is taking place in the premises of the United Nations Office at Geneva, a Conference Registration Form must be completed for each delegate not based in Geneva and forwarded to the Executive Secretary of the Meeting at the following address:

On the basis of the Conference Registration Form the Pass and Identification Unit, UNOG Safety and Security Section, will issue security identification badges granting access to the UN premises at Geneva. The security identification badges will be available for pick up the last Friday before the MSP at 2 p.m. at the UNOG Safety and Security Section, Pass and Identification Unit, located at Pregny Gate.

Although no formal credentials are required, the States Parties and Observer States are requested to notify the Executive secretary through a note verbale or an official letter the names and titles of their official representatives as well as indicating the Head of Delegation. This information will be reflected in the List of Participants, to be issued as part of the official documents of the Conference.

Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure and the established practice, the registration of the ICBL Member organizations should be done through the Executive Director of the ICBL.
