Views of Member States



The General Assembly, in resolution 61/72 entitled "Problems arising from the accumulation of conventional ammunition stockpiles in surplus" requested the Secretary-General to seek the views of Member States on risks arising from such accumulation and on national ways of strengthening controls on conventional ammunition. These views are collected in the following reports:

Prior to that, the General Assembly, in resolution 60/74 entitled "Problems arising from the accumulation of conventional ammunition stockpiles in surplus" also requested the Secretary-General to seek the views of Member States on the same subjects.
