DSPD Focal Point on Family organized an Expert Group Meeting on Assessing family policies: Confronting family poverty and social exclusion & ensuring work-family balance, from 1-3 June 2011 in New York. The meeting was convened as part of preparations for the twentieth anniversary of the International Year of the Family, 2014.
