Used in an established heading (authority) record to trace a see from reference for a uniform title.

Make cross-references from alternative forms of the title (especially those found in the sources consulted) that may reasonably be sought to the form that has been chosen as the established title heading. 

If the Library of Congress (LC) established uniform title heading differs from the UNBIS established heading form in field 1XX, record the LC form in field 4XX and add the LC source code DLC in subfield $5.
