Indicates the agency which created the authority record

$a - the LC code for the cataloguing agency.
$b - the 3-letter code for the language of the cataloguing agency (eng).
$f - the six-letter code for the authority heading conventions used: «unbisn» for Name Authority File*

Examples:

040 $a SzGeBNU $b eng $f unbisn
[UNOG Library]

* «unbisn» is currently the default value for this subfield.
A new code «unbiss» (for UNBIS Series Symbol File) may be considered.
