Graham Osborn

Programme Assistant

Mr. Osborn joined the United Nations Democracy Fund in January 2008. He provides programme and administrative support to the Fund. Prior to joining the Democracy Fund, Mr. Osborn was in the Office of Human Resources Management and then the Information Management Technology Unit of the Department for General Assembly and Conference Management. Most recently, he was assistant to the chief of the Integrated Training Service of the Department of Peacekeeping Operations from 2006 to January 2008.

Prior to joining the United Nations, Mr. Osborn worked as a field engineer for Turner Construction Company in the City of New York. He also worked for Academic Computing and Information Services as an artist, computer technician, and web page designer.

Mr. Osborn was a construction engineer and counterintelligence agent in the United States Army Reserve until his honorable discharge in 2004. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University. His drawings were part of a fine arts exhibit while he was at the Art Students League of New York.
