How to Participate
Selected students from Canada, Domincan Republic,
Mexico and the United States met at the United Nations as leaders
in the 5th Annual Student Conference on Human Rights. They helped facilitate
the interaction of young people in an all day international videoconference
as they discussed their action plans and developed a youth declaration on
our focus area of Sustainable Development and Human Rights.
Any classroom in the world can share their ideas,
experiences, thoughts, and feelings on topics relating to this year's
theme by posting in our interactive
forums.
The interactive forums are only open to middle or secondary students.
To participate, teachers can register
their students or students can register
themselves.
Spread the word and get others involved in Sustainable
Development and Human Rights.
