Community clean-up  COMMUNITY

Keep Out Bubuashie

The Earth and Wildlife Club, an environmental club, was formed in the 1995/96 academic year. It has undertaken several clean-ups in the school, desilting drains on campus, cleaning rubbish deposited at the north gate by residents of Bubuashie(the community outside the school gates) who think the school is a safe haven for refuse disposal as well as human excreta. The club with support from the Forestry Department, has planted shrubs on the school compound in an attempt to develop appreciation for trees for life.
