On 23 December 1998, six schools were connected via CU-SeeMe to peacekeepers in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and UN Headquarters. Here are the pictures of the event.


Students from four schools were gathered at the Magnet Campus Building in Queens, New York. These were the Law and Government, Humanities and the Arts, Business and Economics, and the Science and Technology Magnet High Schools.
Piikkio Junior High participated from Finland.
Jefferson High School (along with the Global SchoolNet Foundation) joined from California.
From the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, peacekeepers and students responded to students at remote sites.
