28.

Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.

PLAIN LANGUAGE VERSION:
So that your rights will be respected, there must be an ‘order’ which can protect them. This ‘order’ should be local and worldwide.

Illustrated version

NOTES:
This right recognizes that in order for individuals to enjoy their rights there must be a ‘system’ of rules and relationships that make this possible. Among other things, this includes your right to peace. This is also your right to ‘development’. It is the responsibility of your government and the international community to make sure that this article is respected.
