Hot 24 years old Bosnian 4 years in Denmark My family is spread all over Europe and our home in Bosnia has been burned, so I don’t feel I have anything to go back to and hope to be able to stay in Denmark. Because of the civil war I had to break off my electro engineering studies. Since working with electronics and mechanics are my favourite occupation, I plan to finish my education here in Denmark. I think people have been kind to me, and in spite of the language barrier I have tried to become familiar with the Danish culture. One thing that I most certainly will carry with me from my own culture is close family ties. The Danes don’t seem to value this, but it is very important to me. Previous | Next >> |
