BEFORE THE WAR:
"I remember the birthday of my brother. It was my last day in Sarajevo. We went to my grandmother's in Kraljevo. We have never gone back to our home."
DURING THE WAR:
"I remember a day when my brother was born. I couldn't sleep all night, because my mother was screaming. I was scared. I hated my brother because I thought that he was responsible for my mother's tears. But when I saw him, I forgot that I hated him at all. We couldn't go to the hospital because there were so many WOUNDED."
WHAT YOU MOST WANT TO LEARN, SEE, DO:
"I would like to translate books, write my own and be a karate coach! I would like to see one of the most important and beautiful churches in Moscow, the Kremlin, Bolshoi Theater, the frozen city, Athens, Cypress, and Shaolin in China, etc. I would like to learn every kind of martial art, Russian, Greek, and Chinese languages and the painting and history of all cultures...."
A MESSAGE FOR PEOPLE OUTSIDE BOSNIA:
