Journal
DOB: April 2, 1985, Sarajevo

BEFORE THE WAR:
"I remember a beautiful life. My mother and father playing with my brother and me. I remember that I drew every day, and I was very happy. And then we, Bosnians, lost everything, but we survived".

DURING THE WAR:
"I remember that I didn?t have anything to eat for three days. I was afraid that I would die every day. My childhood during the war didn?t exist. I had to grow up very fast and I, together with my friends only looked for how to survive another day".

WHAT YOU MOST WANT TO LEARN, SEE, DO:
"My greatest with is to finish school, and to teach children. I would like to be a teacher. I would like also to make a better life for my parents, because they sacrificed their life for me".

A MESSAGE FOR PEOPLE OUTSIDE BOSNIA:
"I wish that they don?t go through hell, through which we went, and the only way to avoid that is to love their friends and remember that every man is the same".
