MORE THAN 20,000 REFUGEES

At
least 100 people are killed in Togo. Faure Gnassingbe
- son of the late long-serving ruler - is installed
president, as more than 20,000 Togolese flee into
neighbouring Benin Republic and Ghana, seeking
refuge. UNHCR Spokesperson Fati Kaba has seen
some of the refugees.
