ERITREA WARNS OF "DARK CLOUDS OF WAR",
ETHIOPIA SEEKS NEGOTIATIONS TO END THEIR BORDER DISPUTE
AND A RAY OF HOPE FOR A NEW GOVERNMENT IN SOMALIA

Eritrea's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ali Abdella, tells the GA about looming dark clouds of war because of Ethiopia.

But his Ethiopian counterpart, Seyoum Mesfin (above left) advocates dialogue and negotiations.

We ask the Eritrean minister what exactly the UN could do now to help.

And the "forgotten" African country without a government, Somalia: We ask the UN's main man working to set up a new government, Winston Tubman, if we are about to see a stable government in Mogadishu?
