Two weeks after the signing of the crucial Accra Three Agreement for Cote D'Ivoire we check if the key elements are being implemented.

And we find out what impact the agreement is making on the ground.

"One can really sense cooling of the minds and hearts. There is less tension. The government is meeting again. There have already been two cabinet meetings over the past three days, which is quitesignificant," says UNOCI spokesman Jean Victor Nkolo.
