Secretary-General visits
North Africa - Part II

Secretary-General Kofi Annan returned to North Africa on November 29 to complete his scheduled visit, earlier interrupted by the crisis in Iraq. He visited Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya. The following are highlights of his visit:
