The United Nations Photo Library is a collection of approximately 200,000 photographs dating back to 1945 and chronicling the history of the Organization and its work.

UN photographs are reproducible for editorial purposes only. and may not be used in advertising.

There is a charge of US $ 7.00 per black and white print, US $ 15.00 per colour print and US $ 5.00 per colour transparency ordered from the UN Photo Library. There is US $ 50.00 charge, payable to the United Nations, for each UN photo used in publication, whether it is obtained from the Photo Library or downloaded.
