REFWORLD 2000:
Information on Refugees and Human Rights
REFWORLD is a collection of databases representing the most
comprehensive and reliable refugee information resource
available. Also included with the information are United
Nations General Assembly, Security Council and the Commission
on Human Rights Resolutions. It provides over 700 laws and
regulations together with relevant constitutional provisions
from over 150 countries and many other legal instruments,
speeches and notes from as far back as the 1950s. Hundreds of
graphics, diagrams and tables enhance the text in REFWORLD,
which also has pop-up footnotes, links between documents and
hundreds of linked images and graphics. New software guarante
speedy full-text searching, saving and printing features,
comparable to Internet search engines. REFWORLD is published
annually. The 2000 edition consists of four CD-ROMs and a
training manual.
