The European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of
Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) is intended to increase the
safety of international transport of dangerous goods by road.
It entered into force on 29 January 1968 and has now 36
Contracting Parties. The restructured ADR, applicable as from
1 July 2000, is the final result of eight years of work aiming
at presenting Annexes A and B of ADR in a more accessible and
user-friendly format. This CD-ROM contains the complete text
of the restructured ADR in the following two formats: Portable
Document Format (pdf) and Word97 and Excel97 version (Word and
Excel are required to view these files).
