Filmmakers' Note

“We're a group of 9 International Relations students. All the ... problem[s] [relating to violence] in the world made us look to our own country, with its corruption and violence. We want to show that [Rio de Janeiro] ... is not just [about] parties...beautiful people and places. We have problems too and we want to solve them.”
