Housing Community Service Activity

Many homeless people and people living in poverty lack basic essentials like proper clothing for the weather. Have your class organize a clothing drive for a local homeless shelter or organization for their school to participate in. Some things to collect include: shoes, boots, hats, scarves, mittens and gloves, shirts, pants, undergarments, and jackets.
