Dear Mr. President, In accordance with Article 4, paragraph 13 of the Peace Agreement of 12 December 2000, the Eritrea-Ethiopia Boundary Commission has transmitted its decision regarding delimitation to the parties and to the Secretaries-General of the Organization of African Unity and the United Nations for publication. The decision, transmitted on 13 April 2002, is attached as an annex to this letter. I should be grateful if you could bring this to the attention of the Council Members. Please accept, Mr. President, the assurances of my highest consideration. |
