UN contractors are reminded to ensure that their employees on the ground in the Republic of Liberia, the Republic of Sierra Leone, the Republic of Guinea and the Republic of Mali follow the WHO and applicable host country protocols on, inter alia, how to avoid contracting the Ebola virus disease, what to do in case of potential exposure to the Ebola virus disease, travel-related requirements, etc. UN contractors are also reminded of their duty of care towards their employees.
