
There are two types of recommendations that can be made: those that can be
implemented within the project or programme, and those that must be
implemented by others. To ensure that these are carefully marked, all
recommendations should contain information about who would be responsible
for their implementation. A good recommendation:
Addresses the problem or the positive result identified;
Clearly specifies who should be responsible for implementation; and
Is realistic in terms of the capacity of the responsible parties to
implement.
Once you have produced both conclusions and recommendations, you are ready
to go on to reporting.
