This second session covers how to plan your programme evaluation. Planning
involves making decisions at an early stage about what will be done later.
If it is done well, the process will be simple. If it is done badly, the
result will be accordingly unsatisfactory. Planning involves a series of
decisions: what to evaluate, when, where the data will be found and what
data to collect. This session takes you through each of the steps.
