The course has four sessions.
The first introduces you to results-based management
- and within that, performance assessment by way of
self-evaluation.
You should be sure you are familiar with this
material, since it establishes the political and
programmatic context in which you will be working.
The second session helps you plan the performance
assessment through self-evaluations.
This will introduce the factors you need to
take into account when you begin to do your
evaluation.
The third session introduces you to the main tools
you can use to collect information and analyze it
for your self-evaluation.
Finally, the fourth session focuses on how you can
use the self-evaluation to meet your obligations on
programme performance reporting, as well as to
improve your performance.
