Agreement between Italy and Yugoslavia concerning the delimitation of the continental shelf between the two countries in the Adriatic Sea, 8 January 1968
*  The membership of the State Union Serbia and Montenegro in the United Nations,
 including all organs and organizations of the United Nations system, is continued by the Republic of Serbia
 on the basis of Article 60 of the Constitutional Charter of Serbia and Montenegro,
 activated by the Declaration of Independence adopted by the National Assembly of Montenegro on 3 June 2006. 
 The Republic of Montenegro was admitted as a Member of the United Nations by General Assembly resolution 60/264 of 28 June 2006.
