TISNET DATABASES

The following are maintained by the TISNET, which depends upon its national focal points for updates and new entries:
1. BIBLIOGRAPHIC DATABASE (BIS). Descriptions of selected publications and can be retrieved by Author, Title, and Subject. The CDS/ISIS data management programme is used.

2. INSTITUTIONAL DATABASE (DIS) Organizations including publishers, which are trade-related are listed in DIS.

3. TRADE FAIRS DATABASE (TFS) This is an annual listing of trade fairs and exhibitions, and updates are prepared 4 times a year. The List appears in the Trade and Investment Information Bulletin on a quarterly basis.
