The Delmas 33 Voting Center in the Hopital Universitaire de la Paix opened its doors at 6:30 am, with 25 voting stations for 4,000 registered voters. The voting went smoothly throughout the day with four Council Electoral Provisional (CEP) staff, the Hatian National Police (HNP), the Mandates (those who assign the voters to their respective lines based on their last names) and roaming Chief Polling Supervisors.
A crowd of people inside the hospital start getting anxious to vote and push through the door. Port-Au-Prince, Haiti.
