The Brazilian Battalion of MINUSTAH set up a checkpoint outside of the Sonapi Warehouse area where the Voting Tabulation Center (VCT) is located. Checkpoint #3 re-inforces MINUSTAH's military show of force before during and after the elections, as many of the vehicles coming from Cite Soleil must pass through this point.
