30,000 voting kits and 1002 palettes arrive in Port-au-Prince to be distributed by MINUSTAH, the Council Electoral Provisional (CEP) and the Organization of American States (OAS) around the country of Haiti. The transportation of these materials is donated by Mexico who provided one of its Naval ships, the Papaloapan. The kits are partly funded by the Japanese Embassy in Haiti.
