The Electoral Registration Bureau on the edge of Cite Soleil and Cite Militaire remains open with no problems and a large number of people coming to register daily. MINUSTAH's Peruvian Battalion are providing security for the site because the electoral security guards are too afraid to come into work in this area run by gangs.
