A special program is launched by MINUSTAH's DDR Section and Viva Rio, a Brazillian NGO, in cooperation with Richard Morse, the proprietor of the Oloffson Hotel in the Paco neighborhood of Port-Au-Prince. "Voudoo for Peace and Disarmament" is taking place over a two day period at the Oloffson, in which Brazillian and Haitian priests and priestesses gather to participate in many voudoo ceremonies starting in the morning and ending at 3 am. These ceremonies are in support of MINUSTAH's DDR program and peace in the country.
