   "The challenge of running United Nations peacekeeping operations: reflections of the Under-Secretary-General" is discussed by past and present Under-Secretaries-General for United Nations peacekeeping operations, including UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan who served as Under-Secretary-General for Peacekeeping from 1993 to 1996, current Under-Secretary-General Jean-Marie Guéhenno and former Under-Secretaries-General Marrack Goulding and Bernard Miyet.
