Please find below information regarding the payment options that your library has at its disposal when remitting the annual contribution to the United Nations Depository Library System. Kindly note that all depository matters are handled by United Nations Publications in NEW YORK. I also need to underline that all payments must include the INVOICE NUMBER so that the amount can be properly credited to your account. 

1) Payment by Check in US Currency:

United Nations Publications must be notified upon making the transfer and the relevant invoice number must be referenced.

3) Payment in Local Currency:

Your library may also pay the annual contribution in the currency of your country by sending the payment to a local UN office (e.g. United Nations Information Centre, United Nations Development Programme Office). To ensure the application of the payment to your account, a Cash Receipt must be obtained and faxed immediately to United Nations Publications. The invoice number must be included on the receipt in order to record the payment in your account. It is advisable to send a copy of the receipt to the Depository Libraries Group for follow-up.

4) Payment by UNESCO Coupons:

Your library can also remit the contribution by sending a corresponding number of UNESCO coupons either directly to UN Publications (at the address provided above) or to a local UN office with the request that the coupons be forwarded to UN Publications. The invoice number must be included on the receipt in order to record payment in your account. It is advisable to send a copy of the receipt to the Depository Libraries Group for follow-up.
