The later you register, the less likely you are to get the course you want without being waitlisted. Students enrolled in the last term will continue to have priority when registering for level courses, unless they register after 16 December.
* 8 January is the last day of registration for courses starting the week of 6 January. For courses starting any other week, the last day of registration will be the Wednesday of the week the course starts.
How to register
No in-person registration is available. In order to register, participants must have created an inspira account as either:
Those who have
never taken a language course at Headquarters but are not beginners
need to register for a placement
Also returning students who have
taken TWO terms off (or more) will need to register for this
To register follow these three steps in order:
Confirmation e-mail will be sent once registration is completed. Only students who receive email confirmation of their enrolment are considered "registered". Waitlisted students are not allowed to attend classes.

TO HELP STUDENTS AT EACH STEP OF THEIR ENROLMENT.
Students’ UN grounds pass must be valid till end of term for which they will register. If it's not, to be allowed to register, students must attach a signed letter from their supervisor or executive officer, when submitting their online registration. This letter should indicate that it is expected that their contract will be extended through the end of the term.
Cash-paying students (see eligibility and rates per course) and also students with fees due (No Show or Incomplete Attendance fees) must submit proof of payment at registration time. They will not be allowed to register without submitting this proof of payment.
No direct payment can be made to LCP. Payment via cash or cheque (payable to the United Nations) must be made at the Cashier’s Office located in S-2031 (20th floor of the Secretariat building) between 10am and 3.30pm. Students receive a receipt that they must attach to their online registration page.
