An Overview

The reading section, which counts for 30 points, includes two parts:

6-7 Short Passages     (10 questions)
2 Long Texts        (10 questions)

Some of the passages are on UN-related topics, and others are more general. Animals and popular science are fairly common themes. Controversial political subjects are avoided.

The questions are typical reading comprehension types: main idea, details and inference.
